Frandis — Event Branding, Website & Digital Marketing

Bringing the Lagos MSMEs Franchise Initiative to Life

Frandis Franchisers and Distributors Forum approached Pheegoh Technologies to support the launch of the Lagos MSMEs Franchise Framework Development Initiative, an event designed to promote franchising as an opportunity for small and medium-sized enterprises in Lagos State.

Scheduled for December 2022 at Providence Hotel, Ikeja GRA, the initiative needed a cohesive visual identity, effective promotional materials, an informative website, and a digital marketing campaign to generate awareness and encourage participation.

Our task was to bring these elements together into a consistent event communication experience.

The Challenge: Building Awareness and Encouraging Participation

The project required more than a logo or a promotional website. Frandis needed a coordinated approach to communicating the purpose of the initiative, attracting the attention of potential attendees, and making essential event information easily accessible.

The key requirements included developing an event-specific visual identity, creating promotional materials, presenting event information and speakers online, and providing a convenient way for interested participants to register.

The project also required a digital marketing approach capable of extending the event’s reach beyond traditional promotional channels.

Event Branding and Visual Identity

Pheegoh developed a new logo for the initiative and created supporting branding materials to establish a recognisable visual identity for the event.

The promotional materials included brochures, flyers, and banners designed to communicate the event’s purpose and attract the attention of its intended audience.

By coordinating the visual elements across these materials, we helped establish a more consistent presentation for the initiative across its promotional touchpoints.

Website Design and Development

We designed and developed a responsive website for the Lagos MSMEs Franchise Framework Development Initiative.

The website served as a central source of information for prospective attendees, presenting details about the event and providing information about speakers and panelists.

Clear calls to action guided visitors towards online registration, making it easier for interested participants to engage with the event.

Responsive design ensured that the website could be accessed across desktop and mobile devices, supporting visitors who preferred to discover the event and register using their phones.

Social Media Marketing and Event Promotion

To extend awareness of the initiative, Pheegoh implemented an Instagram marketing campaign combining promotional content with targeted advertising.

The campaign was intended to reach relevant audiences, communicate the event’s value, and generate interest in the launch.

By combining social media promotion with the event website, the project connected awareness-building activities with a dedicated destination where prospective attendees could learn more and register.

An Integrated Approach to Event Communication

The project brought together several complementary services: visual identity development, promotional design, website development, and digital marketing.

Rather than treating each deliverable as a separate activity, we approached the work as a coordinated communication project. The branding established the event’s visual identity, the promotional materials supported awareness, the website provided detailed information and registration functionality, and social media marketing helped distribute the message.

This integrated approach gave Frandis a connected set of tools to support the initiative’s launch.

The Outcome

Pheegoh delivered an event branding and digital promotion package for the Lagos MSMEs Franchise Framework Development Initiative Launch.

The completed work included a new logo, event promotional materials, a responsive website with online registration, and an Instagram marketing campaign.

The original case study reports positive reception of the branding materials and describes the event as successful. It also notes that attendees registered online, although it does not provide verified registration totals or campaign performance figures.

The project demonstrates how coordinated branding, web design, and digital marketing can support the communication and promotion of a business development initiative.
